Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and TechnicallyFit Dynamics Inc. governing your use of our website, web application, and mobile application (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and are responsible for your account and credentials. Authentication is provided through Clerk.

Subscriptions and billing

Coach subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the cadence and at the price shown when you subscribe. The teammate product has no subscription fee; teammates may buy one-time VERA credit packs at the price shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in these Terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in billing settings.

Coach Academy trials

Coaches who finish setting up a Coach Academy workspace receive a 14-day Coach Academy trial without a payment card. An eligible partner or member referral provides a 30-day trial instead. Each person may receive one trial per customer type; adding another workspace does not restart a trial already used for that customer type.

During a trial without a payment method, every Coach Academy feature is available except AI features. If no payment method is on file when the trial ends, Coach Academy access ends and the workspace returns to Coach Studio with no charge.

If you add a payment method during the trial, your subscription continues as paid Coach Academy when the trial ends, billed on the cadence and at the price shown in billing. We email you a reminder about five days before the first charge. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid that charge.

Coach payments and platform fees

Any coach may accept payments from their clients through the Services, on Coach Studio or Coach Academy. Client payments are processed by Stripe through the coach's connected Stripe account. For each client payment, TechnicallyFit retains a platform fee at the rate shown in the product at the time of the sale, in addition to Stripe's processing fees. Platform fees are not refunded, including when a coach refunds a client, except where required by law.

AI features and credits

VERA, our AI assistant, uses credits. One credit has a stated retail value of $0.01. Credits are not money held for you and cannot be redeemed for cash. AI you connect yourself is not metered against VERA credits.

Trial credits. A Coach Academy trial with a payment method on file receives the trial credit grant shown in the product. Each payment card and each email address can receive trial credits only once. Trial credits are a promotional grant with no cash value.

Included credits. A paid Coach Academy subscription includes the monthly credit allowance shown in the product. On each paid renewal, included credits are refilled up to that allowance; unused included credits carry over but never exceed it. Included credits are not granted while a payment is outstanding, and included credits left when the subscription ends are forfeited.

Purchased credits. Teammates and paid Coach Academy coaches may buy credit packs. Credit packs are not available on Coach Studio or during a trial. Purchased credits do not expire.

Refunds. The AI-credit portion of any payment, valued at $0.01 a credit, is not refundable, including when a subscription is refunded. You keep any unused credits after a refund.

Health and fitness disclaimer

The Services provide general fitness and wellness information and tools. They are not a medical device and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Readiness, recovery, injury-risk, and pain-related features are for general wellness and informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek care if you experience pain, injury, or symptoms. You assume the risks of physical activity.

Acceptable use and community conduct

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the Services, reverse engineer them, infringe others' rights, or use the Services for medical diagnosis or treatment.

TechnicallyFit has community features, including posts, comments, squads, challenges and messages. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, send or share anything that:

  • harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;

  • is hateful or discriminatory toward a person or group;

  • is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone under 18;

  • promotes violence, self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous training or substance use;

  • is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else;

  • shares someone else's private information without their permission; or

  • is otherwise unlawful.

Reporting and blocking. You can report a post, comment, message or profile, and block any person, from inside the app. Blocked people can't message you, follow you, or see your profile and posts.

Our response. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content that breaks these Terms and may suspend or permanently remove the account that posted it, without notice.

Content, IP, and third parties

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and display it to operate the Services. We may remove content you submit that breaks these Terms. The Services and underlying engine are owned by TechnicallyFit. The Services integrate third parties (e.g., Stripe, and wearable services you choose to connect) whose terms may apply.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination, governing law, and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for breach (including the community conduct rules above) or to comply with law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Governing law, venue, and dispute resolution are governed by applicable law. We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date.

Health, wearable, pain, and readiness data: how this is governed

This Terms document is the contract between you and TechnicallyFit. Because these Terms may be consumed through an integration where linked Notion pages are not available, this section summarizes the key rules for health, wearable, pain, and readiness data. The complete public policies are available on our website at /legal/privacy, /legal/consumer-health-data, and /legal/data-deletion.
